Finding our North Star

While we may forget, we all have within us an inner teacher who, if we listen to him or her, guides us in the direction we need to go. Someone who reminds us that even if we can't see our North Star, it still shines above us. A good coach isn't someone who tells us how to solve our problems. After all, they're not us and, let's face it, who wants to be told what to do? A good coach, rather, is someone who listens well, makes suggestions and offers resources. A good coach companions us along the road and helps us connect with our inner teacher. The rest is up to us.
