How did I get here?

I understand that feeling and want you to know that you're not alone.
Life can be filled with challenges and obstacles, but I believe that anything is possible if you have the right tools and support. As a physician with 33 years of experience in both medical practice and as faculty in several family medicine residency programs, I have seen firsthand the power of coaching and how it can help people reach their goals and maximize their potential. Through my own personal experiences of caring for a husband with Alzheimer's, raising two boys as a single mom, teaching in residency, and being in recovery from addiction, coaching has helped me live a full life.
As The Physician Coach, I combine my medical and life experience, with the practices, tools, and wisdom I have learned from my own mentors to help my clients take control of their lives and create the future they want.
